The total delivery time consists of:

Processing time + Shipping time

All delivery times stated are non-binding estimates based on experience from previous orders and are provided for guidance only.


Processing Time

Processing time begins once your order has been successfully placed.

Processing usually takes 1–2 business days.
During this time, the following steps take place:

  • Order confirmation and approval

  • Quality control

  • Packaging and shipping preparation

For personalized products, processing time may be extended by 1–2 additional business days.


Delivery Times

After your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the following estimated delivery times apply (excluding possible customs delays):

Germany, Austria, Switzerland

Germany:
Standard products: approx. 6–10 business days
Creams, liquid products & supplements: approx. 8–15 business days

Austria:
Standard products: approx. 6–10 business days
Creams, liquid products & supplements: approx. 8–15 business days

Switzerland:
Standard products: approx. 6–10 business days
Creams, liquid products & supplements: approx. 10–15 business days

Note: In Switzerland, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to customs clearance.


Other Countries

For international deliveries, the following general guidelines apply depending on the destination country:

  • Europe: approx. 6–12 business days

  • USA & Canada: approx. 6–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: approx. 5–15 business days

  • Iceland: approx. 25–40 business days (depending on the product)

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping:
Free for orders within the DACH region.

Premium Shipping (optional):
Includes additional protection against loss, theft, or damage.
If an insured package is lost or damaged despite delivery confirmation, we offer a replacement or a refund in accordance with our policies.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple partial deliveries for logistical reasons.


Delays & External Factors

Delivery times may be extended due to:

  • customs clearance

These factors are beyond our direct control.

Changes to the delivery address are only possible before the order has been shipped.
